Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, submitting a form, creating an account, joining LV
Wayfinders, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are
using the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you
represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these
Terms.

Our Portfolio
Lighthouse Voyages is the parent company for a growing portfolio of
operator-focused ventures, currently including Overseas Placements (VA
staffing and recruitment), AI Agents & Bots (AI-powered automation
builds), and LV Wayfinders (our operator community, hosted at
thewayfindercommunity.lighthousevoyages.com and delivered in part
through the third-party platform Skool). Where a specific venture,
program, or service has its own supplemental terms, order form, or
client agreement, those supplemental terms govern in the event of a
direct conflict with these Terms, but these Terms otherwise continue
to apply.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding
contract to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent
that you meet these requirements. The Services are intended for
business owners, operators, and prospective team members, and are not
directed at children.

LV Wayfinders Membership
LV Wayfinders is our paid operator community, delivered through the
third-party platform Skool. When you join LV Wayfinders, you are
entering into a membership relationship with Lighthouse Voyages that
is also subject to Skool's own terms of service, which apply to your
use of that platform.
Tiers
LV Wayfinders is offered in multiple tiers (currently Standard,
Premium, and VIP), each with different pricing, content-access
schedules, and community privileges as described on the pricing page
at the time you join. Standard-tier content may be released on a drip
schedule rather than all at once; Premium and VIP tiers generally
receive full access immediately. Features, pricing, and drip schedules
may change for future members, but where we offer a locked-in
"founding" rate, we will honor that rate for as long as you remain an
active, continuously-paying member on that plan.
Community Conduct
Membership does not guarantee any particular business outcome, and
access to any individual team member (including Carrington or Nimalu
Pierre) is limited to what is described for your specific tier.

Billing, Auto-Renewal & Refunds
Monthly membership tiers automatically renew each month, and annual
tiers automatically renew each year, at the then-current rate for your
plan, until you cancel. Payments are processed by third-party payment
processors; we do not store your full payment card details. You
authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment
method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account
settings or by contacting us at [email protected];
cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund
amounts already charged. Except where required by law or expressly
stated in a specific offer,
all fees are non-refundable, including partial
months, unused drip-content, and annual payments cancelled mid-term.
Fees for one-time services (discovery calls, DFY project work) are
described in the applicable order form or invoice and are
non-refundable once work has begun unless that document says
otherwise.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of
these Terms;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our
systems, or another user's account;

Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data from the
Site, including the open roles listed on our Careers page;

Reproduce, resell, or redistribute paid course content, community
materials, frameworks, or AI-generated deliverables without our
written permission;

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
with Lighthouse Voyages; or
- Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this
section.

Careers & Applications
Our Careers page lists open roles that are sourced dynamically from a
spreadsheet and displayed through a third-party service. We do our
best to keep listings current, but we do not guarantee that every
listed role remains open, or that submitting an application or general
application creates any obligation on our part to interview, respond
to, or hire any applicant. Submitting an application does not create
an employment or contractor relationship; that relationship is only
formed by a signed offer letter or agreement. Application materials
(resumes, work samples, portfolio links, etc.) are handled as
described in our
Privacy Policy.

Done-For-You (DFY) Services & Discovery Calls
Discovery calls and Done-For-You (DFY) project engagements
(overseas/VA placement, recruitment support, AI agent and automation
builds, and similar services) are scoped project-by-project. Where we
send a separate proposal, statement of work, or order form for one of
these engagements, that document governs the specific scope, timeline,
and price for that engagement, and these Terms apply to everything
that document does not address.

Intellectual Property
The Site, our brand name, logo, the Lighthouse Voyages and LV
Wayfinders marks, and all content we create (including community
modules, frameworks, templates, deliverables, and site copy) are owned
by Lighthouse Voyages or our licensors and are protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the
limited license to view and use materials for your own personal or
internal business purposes as intended, no part of the Site or our
proprietary content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or
otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

User Content & Community Conduct
If you post, submit, or share content with us — including community
posts inside LV Wayfinders, testimonials, application materials, or
messages sent through our contact form — you grant Lighthouse Voyages
a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce,
and display that content in connection with operating and promoting
the Services (for example, featuring a testimonial), except where we
agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for the content you
submit and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove
community content or restrict access for anyone who violates our
Acceptable Use rules or applicable community guidelines.

Third-Party Services & Links
The Site and Services rely on and link to third-party tools and
platforms, including Skool (community hosting), payment processors,
CRM and automation platforms, a spreadsheet-to-JSON service used to
power our Careers listings, and email/newsletter tooling. We are not
responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of
any third-party service, and your use of those services is governed by
their own terms and privacy policies. If a third-party service becomes
unavailable (for example, our open-roles feed), we will do our best to
restore it, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any
feature that depends on a third party.

Communications
By submitting our contact form, subscribing to our newsletter ("The
Dispatch"), or applying for a role, you consent to receive related
emails from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us
directly; note that unsubscribing from marketing communications does
not opt you out of transactional messages related to an active
membership, application, or engagement.

Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without
warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory,
including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant
that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that
any content is accurate, complete, or current. Any business or growth
outcome you achieve depends on factors specific to you, and no
statement on the Site or in our materials is a guarantee of results.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Voyages, its
founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising
out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if we have
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate
liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or
the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to Lighthouse
Voyages in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to
the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not paid us
anything.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lighthouse Voyages
and its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages,
liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of
these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third
party.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, LV Wayfinders, or
any other Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct
that violates these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure for us, or
for any other reason at our discretion, subject to any refund
obligations expressly stated in a specific order form. You may stop
using the Site and cancel any membership at any time as described in
Section 5. Sections that by their nature should survive termination
(including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of
Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles,
notwithstanding Lighthouse Voyages LLC's formation in Wyoming. You
agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or
the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal
courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal
jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, you agree to
first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to
resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will
revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and for
material changes we will provide additional notice where reasonably
practical (for example, via email to active members). Your continued
use of the Site or Services after a change becomes effective
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any
right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign
these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these
Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We
are not liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond our
reasonable control. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and
any applicable order form or supplemental agreement, constitute the
entire agreement between you and Lighthouse Voyages regarding the Site
and Services.
